THE MAJAPAHIT draws its name and inspiration from the vibrant culinary traditions of Southeast Asia’s greatest and most powerful empire. From Indonesia to Thailand, from the Sulu Archipelago in the Philippines to the westernmost shores of Malaysia, the royal kitchens of that empire were the playgrounds of vivid, exquisite, and elegant flavours.

The Majapahit Food
Chef Pak Isan
CHEF ISAN SANTIBI, fondly known as Pak Isan, is the mastermind behind the menu of The Majapahit. With more than 25 years of experience, he has been at the forefront of Southeast Asian cuisine as head chef of Bumbu Desa, Indonesia's largest Sundanese restaurant brand; The Southeast; and Ginger Thai, an award-winning Thai restaurant also affiliated with The Majapahit.
As his ode to the diversity of the Southeast Asian culinary scene, Pak Isan has put his extensive experience into crafting a menu that is undeniably The Majapahit's own.

Located a stone’s throw from Plaza Mont Kiara, opposite 1 Mont Kiara, THE MAJAPAHIT is a thoughtfully contemporary tropical setting inspired by the blend of nature and modernity found in so many of Southeast Asia’s cities.
